Invitation and price
Yelnitax offers a free, personal invitation to evaluate document extraction and review tools. Access is for adults or authorised business representatives. An invitation creates no payment obligation or automatic paid renewal. Any later paid offer requires separate pricing, terms and an affirmative order; mandatory consumer information and rights must be provided first.
Using the service
Use a current browser, an internet connection, JavaScript and the storage needed for secure login. The invitation and a verified account are required. Keep login details private. Unlawful content, malware, attempts to access another workspace and interference with the service are prohibited.
Test documents and business data
Use synthetic or irreversibly anonymised invoices and receipts in this beta. You must have the right to submit each document. Real customer or employee documents require agreed processing instructions, an applicable data-processing agreement, a confirmed provider schedule and transfer safeguards before use. Do not upload unrelated sensitive data.
What a result means
Extraction and risk flags can be wrong. Compare results with the original before making an accounting, tax, payment or filing decision. Yelnitax is a software tool, not a tax adviser, payment service or official filing authority. Keep original documents in your own records. A country page is not evidence that a live authority integration is enabled.
Rights in documents
You retain your rights in submitted documents. You give the operator only the permission needed to store, process and display them for the requested service and its security. This is not a sale of your documents or a blanket authorisation to train shared AI models.
Ending the beta and complaints
You can stop using the beta and request account closure or available data export at info@yelnitax.com. Describe a complaint and the remedy requested without sending a password or login code. We examine it and respond without undue delay; statutory deadlines prevail. Features may change, but material changes will be explained. Security restrictions must be proportionate. Where possible, closure allows a reasonable opportunity to retrieve data. Privacy retention rules still apply.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
The beta does not promise a fixed accuracy rate or uninterrupted access. This does not exclude duties imposed by law, liability that cannot be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. No clause requires a consumer to sue only in Poland or prevents access to a competent court or authority. A free beta is not automatically outside consumer law.
Local rights and rules
For Poland, these terms also describe the electronic service under the Act of 18 July 2002, particularly Articles 5 and 8. The service, technical needs, prohibited conduct, ending access and complaints are explained above; you can save this text. Applicable consumer rights, including those under the Act of 30 May 2014, remain available.
