Yelnitax Global — Strategic Investment Partners PL · DE · FR · ES · IT · TR

One Technology Vision. Six Markets. Shared Opportunity.

Your local expertise. A shared global ambition.

We develop the technology. You contribute local financial and accounting expertise and strategic capital. Together, we shape and grow a technology business for your market.

Yelnitax is exploring strategic founding partnerships with accounting, tax and financial firms that want to help build a country-specific technology business—not simply purchase another software subscription.

Founding Partnership Principle

“Partnership is never conditional on supplying an existing client list or acting as an outsourced sales team.”

Balanced Founding Structure

Clear responsibilities. Jointly planned commercialization.

The founder builds and evolves the platform; the strategic country partner contributes domain insight and strategic capital; market launch and commercial growth belong to a jointly agreed business plan.

01 · Technology Founder (İsmail Akar)

What the Founder Contributes

  • •Software architecture, engineering and full platform development.
  • •The AWS, Cloudflare, React, RDS and S3 infrastructure.
  • •AI-assisted financial and document workflows with human review boundaries.
  • •The multilingual modular core and country-specific technical adaptations.
  • •Ongoing maintenance, security stewardship, new modules and continuous innovation.
Substantive technical execution—not merely an initial concept.
02 · Strategic Country Partner

What the Country Partner Contributes

  • •Local accounting, tax and financial domain expertise.
  • •Practical understanding of how national business and advisory processes operate.
  • •Strategic financial investment to co-build the local market offering.
  • •Input into country relevance, terminology, workflow priorities and validation.
  • •Collaborative participation in shared business planning.
Valued strategic partnership—never unpaid consulting or a mandatory client-transfer quota.
03 · Joint Governance & Commercial Plan

What Both Sides Determine Together

  • •Market strategy, positioning and local customer research.
  • •Commercialization roadmap, marketing and sales responsibilities.
  • •Customer onboarding capacity, support structure and operating budget.
  • •Realistic launch milestones and corporate/contractual governance.
Customer acquisition is part of joint commercialization—not an upfront investor prerequisite.
Strategic & Technical Comparison

Why build with Yelnitax instead of commissioning isolated custom software?

“Our technology. Your expertise. A shared opportunity to build.”

01

Reusable Technology Foundation

Core document, workflow, account and interface structures support multiple country modules rather than rebuilding from zero in isolated agency projects.

02

Multilingual, Multi-Country Design

Localization is native to the platform context; interface language and national regulatory jurisdiction remain strictly distinct.

03

Modular Country Development

Country-specific schemas, calendars and adapters can be added without treating every new regulatory requirement as a replacement platform.

04

Connected Document Intelligence

Intake, structured extraction, checks, classification, professional review and financial workflows belong to one coherent product story.

05

Complementary Integration Strategy

Designed to work alongside established local accounting ecosystems (such as DATEV or Zirve contexts) rather than demanding total market replacement.

06

Founder-Led Continuing Evolution

The value is dedicated product ownership, architecture stewardship, maintenance and continuous module evolution—not a one-off vendor handoff.

07

Human Professional Control

Local professional expertise shapes domain relevance while AI handles repetitive intake and classification checks under human sign-off.

08

Commercial Participation

A negotiated local business, license or revenue-sharing structure creates a direct route to participate in software subscription and service economics.

Six Country Chapters · Detailed Market Opportunities

Select a market to inspect the local product opportunity and partnership structure.

Each chapter outlines why the market matters now, what we could build together, why local expertise is essential, the suitable partner profile and potential commercial models.

TR · Türkiye

“Bring documents, deadlines and accounting work together.”

01 · Local context

Türkiye's GİB ecosystem includes distinct e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-İrsaliye and e-Defter processes. The Turkish scope keeps these document types separate from e-Tebligat notifications and accounting-system integrations. Live official exchanges require the relevant authorization and a verified access route.

02 · Local expertise

Mali müşavir practice, Turkish document requirements and notification responsibilities shape the local module.

03 · Partner profile

Local accounting, tax or financial expertise, strategic capital and a shared product vision. No existing client portfolio is required.

04 · Joint development opportunities · Türkiye

  • →Organize e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents; develop verified private-integrator connections separately.
  • →Keep delivery-document coordination and e-Defter readiness review as distinct workflows.
  • →Assign responsibility for authorized e-Tebligat monitoring and deadline review.
  • →Prepare Turkish account/KDV proposals; develop Zirve and Trendyol connections as separate integrations.

05 · Potential commercial model

Subscriptions, onboarding, integration and support may be combined under a negotiated agreement. Professional advisory services remain separately contracted.

06 · Everyday example

A mali müşavir and business owner review a source invoice, a KDV proposal and the next assigned task together.

Commercial Logic & Revenue Mechanisms

How Can Our Partners Benefit?

Concrete commercial mechanisms designed around sustainable software and service delivery—presented transparently without speculative return charts or guaranteed payout claims.

Mechanism 01

Software Subscriptions

Eligible recurring revenue from locally relevant Yelnitax SME and accounting office plans, allocated under the agreed business structure.

Mechanism 02

Premium Modules

Additional document volume, country packs, tax monitoring alerts, AI-assisted workflow automation and financial analysis capabilities.

Mechanism 03

Implementation & Onboarding

Appropriately scoped workspace setup, chart-of-accounts mapping, integration and training work under commercial agreements.

Mechanism 04

Professional Services

The partner’s regulated accounting, tax or advisory services remain separately contracted and professionally accountable.

Mechanism 05

Local Business Participation

Negotiated equity, country licensing, revenue sharing or a suitable performance-linked structure in a future local activity.

Commercial Lifecycle · Joint Go-To-Market Flow
01 Joint Market Strategy Co-designed positioning, pricing and commercialization plan.
02 Locally Relevant Offering Country pack adapted to national schemas and practice.
03 Commercial Launch Joint customer acquisition without upfront investor lead quotas.
04 Subscription & Delivery Ongoing SaaS operations, cloud hosting and customer support.
05 Contractual Allocation Distribution of eligible revenues under agreed governance.

Operating Economics Note:Recurring revenue depends on market demand, retention, pricing, service delivery and operating costs (including cloud infrastructure, AI processing, third-party services, support and commercialization). Revenue is not automatically profit, and participation represents a commercial opportunity rather than a guaranteed dividend.

Conceptual Governance & IP Boundaries

Two-Layer Ownership & Licensing Structure

A clear boundary separates global platform intellectual property from country-specific commercial participation. The six country labels denote strategic partnership opportunities, not six pre-existing incorporated subsidiaries.

Layer A · Core Technology Owner / Proposed Central Yelnitax Structure

Global Platform & Intellectual Property

Retains global source code, cloud architecture, brand strategy, core intellectual property, platform development and international product direction.

↕ Negotiated Country License / Joint Venture / Revenue Agreement ↕
Layer B · Country-Specific Business or Contractual Partnership

Local Market Activity & Economic Participation

Combines local professional expertise, negotiated strategic investment, country relevance and jointly planned commercial activity. A country investment does not automatically grant ownership of global source code, worldwide brand rights or other countries' businesses.

Türkiye Nuance:Türkiye may also serve as a core operating and development market; country activity in Türkiye is negotiated separately from global IP ownership.

Intended Partnership Process

From First Conversation to Market Launch

A transparent five-stage exploration process designed to validate mutual fit, product relevance and commercial structure before any long-term commitment.

  1. 01

    Initial Introduction

Understand each other's expertise, aims and interest in a strategic founding partnership.

  2. 02

    Technology Demonstration

Inspect the platform, its architecture, product direction and relevant country module opportunities.

  3. 03

    Local Market & Product Validation

Jointly examine actual workflows, professional requirements, integration needs, customer research and pilot design.Participation does not require the investor to bring pilot customers.

  4. 04

    Commercial & Investment Agreement

Negotiate capital use, rights, governance, IP/licensing, responsibilities, scope, milestones and exit conditions in formal legal documents.

  5. 05

    Pilot & Commercial Expansion

Organize an appropriately authorized pilot together and expand according to real evidence from delivery and demand.

Key Partnership Questions

Frequently Asked Questions for Prospective Founding Partners

1. Is an existing customer network, lead list or client referral commitment required? No

No.Partnership is not conditional on an existing customer base, client introductions, referral commitments, lead lists or sales quotas. We are not asking an accounting firm to finance the platform and then carry its entire sales effort. Customer acquisition and marketing belong to a jointly agreed commercialization plan.

2. What does the founder contribute to the partnership? Technology & Evolution

Technology founder İsmail Akar contributes software architecture and development, the supplied cloud and AI workflow infrastructure, the multilingual modular core, country-specific technical adaptations and integrations, product direction, ongoing maintenance, new modules and continuous innovation.

3. What expertise and contribution are helpful from a country partner? Domain Insight + Capital

Local accounting, tax and financial expertise; practical understanding of how professional and business workflows operate in your country; strategic financial investment; input into local product priorities; and shared business planning.

4. What might economic participation look like? Negotiated Structure

Depending on the negotiated agreement, partners can participate in eligible revenues from local software subscriptions, premium automation modules, onboarding/implementation services and local business structures (such as a future local joint venture, country license or revenue-sharing arrangement), while their regulated advisory services remain separately contracted.

5. Does a country investment include ownership of global source code or IP? Distinct Layers

No. Core source code, platform architecture, global brand strategy and international intellectual property remain with the central Yelnitax structure. Country partnerships focus on local market participation, licensing or a negotiated local entity structure.

6. Is a local subsidiary company already established in each of the six countries? Proposed Opportunity

No. The six country sections represent dedicated product-market and partnership opportunities, not six pre-existing incorporated subsidiaries. Legal structure, governance and capital allocation are agreed jointly during Stage 4 of the partner journey.

7. What happens in the first meeting? Introductory Fit

The first conversation is a short introductory discussion to understand your domain background, walk through the Yelnitax architecture and explore how a country module could be shaped together. No financial commitment or confidential client information is requested.
